Requirements

5+ years of hands-on residential repainting experience
3+ years of leadership or crew management
Ability to climb ladders, lift materials, and work at heights (up to 40 ft)
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to work in the Portland, Oregon metro area
Smartphone with data plan
Detail-oriented
Takes pride in producing high-quality work
Stays positive, dependable, and calm under pressure
Strong focus on efficiency, craftsmanship, and maintaining a clean job site
Comfortable leading a crew
Comfortable communicating with clients
Ability to deliver polished results on both interior and exterior painting projects, including fine finishes

Responsibilities

Oversee a small crew on interior and exterior residential painting projects.
Manage one job at a time from start to finish.
Keep projects on schedule and within budget.
Maintain clear communication with the client to ensure satisfaction.
Uphold a clean, safe, and professional job site.
Upload progress photos.
Track daily hours.
Ensure smooth project close-out with happy clients and final payment.

Benefits

Starting pay: $27–$28/hr
After one year, earn up to $35/hr, based on hitting clear performance benchmarks
Performance bonus potential: up to $7/hr extra
