About The Position

Licking/Knox Goodwill Industries, Inc. provides training, employment, and support services to individuals with disabilities and other barriers to employment. This role is for a Crew Leader, a regular full-time 1st shift position, responsible for supervising, training, and directing employees, monitoring work, addressing customer inquiries, ensuring safety compliance, and assisting with general cleaning tasks.

Requirements

• 18 years or older
• Must have Federal Real ID (Star at top right hand corner on Driver’s license or State ID)
• Valid Ohio driver’s license is a must with current insurance to be insured by company
• Computer skills
• Meet quality control standards
• Meet attendance standards
• Operate floor cleaning equipment (training provided)
• Good customer service skills
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen. (THC included)
• Pass a criminal background check

Nice To Haves

• Supervisory experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, direct and assist employees
• Monitor and inspect completed work
• Address customer questions, concerns, and requests
• Ensure compliance with safety rules
• Assist with general cleaning tasks
• Other duties as assigned
