Paint Associate II - Southern Fulfillment Center
About The Position
The Paint Associate II position at the Southern Fulfillment Center is responsible for various tasks related to product preparation, painting, and packaging. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work in a manufacturing environment. The associate will operate various tools, ensure product quality and color accuracy, and package products according to specifications. Safety and maintaining a clean work area are also key aspects of this role. Requirements
- Candidates must be at least 18 years old.
- Solid work experience.
- Ability to read a tape measure (preferred)
- Must be physically able to perform job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.

Responsibilities
- Operate air tools, sanders, grinders, drills, etc.
- Hand product onto conveyor line in the most efficient manner possible.
- Verify product color from information supplied by material handler, leadman or supervisor.
- Package product per PlayCore specifications.
- Use hand staplers, air staplers and other packaging equipment.
- Responsible for completing 5s around work area.
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Accurately report daily production.
