Join our Marketing team as the Paid Social Specialist. You'll plan, optimize, and report on paid social campaigns, primarily in Meta Ads Manager. Requirements

2+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns, including Meta Ads Manager
Experience analyzing campaign performance and identifying actionable insights
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and lookup functions
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage priorities and collaborate across teams
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Take initiative, follow through, and eager to learn, grow, contribute, and test across the paid social space
Time-management, multitasking, and organizational skills
Analytical with an ability to quickly learn new technology platforms
Partner with team members across Marketing and other key stakeholders to identify opportunities, share insights, and improve processes
Curiosity and commitment to continued learning and ability to implement new strategies

Nice To Haves

Ecommerce marketing experience
Experience with creative or incrementality testing
Familiarity with TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or Sprout
Experience with Google Analytics

Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day execution of paid social campaigns, primarily in Meta Ads Manager (Facebook and Instagram)
Launch paid social campaigns, implement optimizations, and monitor campaign performance
Support testing initiatives i.e. creative testing and incrementality testing, etc.
Coordinate and manage organic social media posts
Lead development and execution of influencer marketing campaigns
Stay informed on social media platform updates and trends
Cross collaborate with marketing team to drive revenue growth
Execute on key projects that will grow social revenue and strategy
