About The Position

We’re looking for a Paid Social Specialist to own our social commerce program end-to-end. This is a full-funnel, single-owner role: you’ll run the media buying, produce and iterate the creative, build the landing pages, and own the tracking and optimization that tie it all together. As the owner of the funnel, you drive revenue for our affiliate publishing partners. You own the what and the how and the where: the narrative and creative that hook a shopper, and the technical infrastructure, bidding logic, and audience targeting that get it to the right user at the lowest possible cost. This role is built for a full-stack marketer — both creative and quantitative — who’s energized by owning outcomes rather than a single lane.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years running paid social with direct-response, e-commerce results — ideally spanning both media buying and creative production.
  • Advanced expertise in Meta Ads Manager; familiarity with TikTok or other paid social platforms is a strong plus.
  • Proficiency in the modern AI creative stack (e.g., Midjourney, ChatGPT for copy, AI video tools) and WYSIWYG design/video tools (Canva, CapCut, or CMS builders).
  • Proven ability to build high-converting landing pages — you understand where the button goes, how social proof is laid out, and how to reduce friction.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and AI tools; comfort working with large datasets to find conversion trends and translate them into actionable insight.
  • Understanding of affiliate dynamics (EPC, revenue-share models, third-party tracking) and the seasonal cycles of e-commerce.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or a related field — or an equivalent portfolio and track record.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end campaign setup, bidding, and budget allocation on Meta (our starting platform), expanding to TikTok and additional channels as the program grows.
  • Produce and deploy ad creative at scale using the modern AI creative stack, continuously expanding the volume and variety of your testing.
  • Build and optimize high-converting, custom landing pages — owning the full path from social platform to an affiliate partner’s sale.
  • Own tracking infrastructure and UTM parameters so every click and conversion is accurately attributed.
  • Run a rapid test-and-learn loop across audiences, creative, and pages — cutting underperformers, doubling down on winners, and improving ROAS, CVR, and CTR in the process.
  • Apply deep knowledge of shopping behavior and seasonal cycles (Prime Day, BFCM, etc.) to content that sells.
  • Monitor performance daily, diagnose friction anywhere in the funnel, and translate data into the next round of action.
