We are seeking two Paid Social Specialists to run our Social Commerce business. Each owns a distinct part of the funnel — one focused on media buying and spend allocation, the other on creative testing and iteration — but both are accountable to the same performance outcomes and work closely together to drive affiliate commerce growth. Both sit on the same performance marketing pod and operate as peers. As the Paid Social Specialist, Buying, you are the technical architect of the pod. You work as a peer alongside the Creative Specialist to drive revenue for our affiliate publishing partners. While your counterpart focuses on the what, you own the how and where: the technical infrastructure, bidding logic, and audience targeting that get high-quality content to the right user at the lowest possible cost. This role is built for a data-first marketer who thrives on technical precision. You’ll own the health of the funnel — keeping tracking bulletproof and spend optimized for ROI/ROAS.
