About The Position

We are looking for a Paid Social Lead to shape and advance the agency’s Paid Social capabilities while leading cross-functional operational teams and driving excellence across strategy, execution and performance. This role combines strategic leadership, platform expertise and operational oversight. The successful candidate will develop Paid Social strategies aligned with client business objectives while ensuring campaigns are executed effectively across platforms and integrated into broader media plans. The ideal candidate brings deep Paid Social expertise, a strong understanding of the broader media landscape, strong leadership skills and the ability to balance strategic thinking with execution while enabling teams to deliver at a high level.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital media strategy and execution with progressive leadership responsibilities.
  • Experience managing and developing team members with accountability for performance and professional growth.
  • Strong expertise across Paid Social platforms including Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and other emerging channels, with a solid understanding of the broader media landscape.
  • Proven experience developing media strategies, audience frameworks, testing roadmaps and performance optimization plans across multiple accounts.
  • Strong understanding of campaign tracking, conversion measurement, privacy requirements and platform governance standards.
  • Demonstrated experience leading, mentoring or developing high performing teams in a fast-paced agency or media environment.
  • Ability to translate complex performance data into actionable insights, business recommendations and strategic direction.
  • Experience leveraging AI enabled tools, automation platforms and emerging technologies to improve operational efficiency and campaign performance.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross functional teams and client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high performing Media Operations team, fostering collaboration, accountability and operational excellence across all media channels.
  • Shape and advance the agency’s Paid Social capabilities while supporting integrated media strategies aligned to client business objectives.
  • Oversee campaign planning, execution and optimization to ensure quality delivery, performance excellence and operational consistency.
  • Partner with Client Service, Strategy and Finance teams to support seamless cross functional collaboration and integrated campaign delivery.
  • Translate business goals into media investment frameworks, audience strategies and tactical execution plans.
  • Drive innovation through testing, AI enabled tools, automation opportunities and evolving media technologies to improve performance and scalability.
  • Establish and uphold operational best practices, governance standards and workflow processes that improve efficiency and reduce execution risk.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media vendors, platforms and technology partners to support business growth and innovation.
  • Lead performance measurement and reporting initiatives, translating complex data into actionable insights and recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Support team growth through coaching, training and capability development across media platforms, operational tools and industry best practices.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, scalability and campaign effectiveness across client engagements.
  • Contribute to agency wide initiatives, thought leadership and knowledge sharing that strengthen media operations and overall organizational performance.
