LawnStarter is seeking a Paid Search Marketing Manager to own paid search strategy and execution across its portfolio of brands (LawnStarter, Lawn Love, Home Gnome). This is an individual contributor role focused on managing millions in ad spend daily, working directly in accounts while also thinking strategically about scaling efficiently. The role involves navigating multi-brand complexity, managing various campaign types (RSA, DSA, PMax, AI Search Max, Demand Gen), handling extreme seasonality in demand, and owning the full-funnel customer experience from ad impression to service completion. Success in the first year includes hitting new customer acquisition targets, improving ROAS, reducing wasted spend, and building scalable systems for the channel.
