The role we are looking to fill is for a Coordinator of Paid Search. This is an entry-level position for someone who has a curious nature, a strong desire to learn and solve problems, and is passionate about the digital industry, media trends, and search behavior. The Coordinator will assist Specialists and Supervisors in helping to execute and manage paid search campaigns. In this position, you will conduct research and understand client business models, products/services, verticals, and competition. The Search Specialist plays an integral role in execution of the paid search channel in outlining effective strategy and techniques for accounts, as well as implementing the paid search discipline, in addition to presenting recommendations and strategy to client. The Search Specialist will report into the Search Supervisor. This role requires a strong understanding of paid search, as well as of all aspects of performance marketing, and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to effectively drive day-to-day tactical execution of the campaigns and continually exceed client expectations. To be successful in this position, an individual must be able to shift focus to different types of projects, a quick learner, and proficient with Excel and be able to work productively with various team members with minimal supervision.
