We are seeking a strategic, highly analytical, and people-focused Director of Paid Search to lead SEM strategy, performance, and team development across a portfolio of DTC and ecommerce clients. This role oversees end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of paid search initiatives across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and emerging platforms, while also elevating internal processes and cross-channel integration. The ideal candidate is both a big-picture strategist and a hands-on operator—comfortable digging into data, guiding client conversations, and mentoring a growing team of SEM Managers and Analysts. You will be responsible for developing high-impact search programs, driving client success, evaluating new opportunities, and continuously improving L//S Group’s SEM practice.
