About The Position

ResQ is looking for a Paid Search and Marketing Specialist to help our customers establish and grow their online presence. In this role, you'll build and launch customer websites, create and optimize Google Ads campaigns, and partner directly with business owners to ensure they're set up for long-term success. If you're passionate about digital marketing, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you. This is a 3 month contract role with an opportunity for extension.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns, either in-house or at a marketing agency.
  • Experience building websites using platforms such as WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, GoHighLevel, or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and Google Business Profile.
  • Understanding of SEO, local search optimization, and landing page best practices.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make performance-driven recommendations.
  • Strong communication skills with confidence presenting results and working directly with customers.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software, AI tools, and emerging technologies.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Google Ads certification or experience managing paid search campaigns at scale.
  • Experience working with small businesses, local businesses, or home service companies.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and reporting tools.
  • Agency experience managing multiple customer accounts and competing priorities.
  • Experience using AI tools to improve workflows, marketing execution, or customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Create, launch, monitor, and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
  • Continuously improve lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI through campaign optimization, keyword management, landing page recommendations, and performance analysis.
  • Build, launch, and maintain high-converting customer websites using ResQ's supported website platforms.
  • Configure forms, tracking, SEO fundamentals, integrations, and analytics to ensure each site is ready to generate leads.
