About The Position

We’re looking for a Paid Media Specialist to own and execute Atom’s paid social and display strategy. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who knows how to drive efficient growth through paid channels—especially across social platforms, remarketing, and display networks. You’ll work closely with Atom’s marketing team to launch, optimize, and scale campaigns that drive high-quality traffic, conversions, and brand awareness.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in paid social, display, or digital advertising.
  • Proven experience managing campaigns across platforms like Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of remarketing strategies and funnel-based marketing.
  • Comfortable working with data, analytics tools, and performance metrics.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to execute quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a startup or high-growth environment is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with programmatic or advanced display platforms.
  • Familiarity with GA4, conversion tracking, and attribution models.
  • Experience working on marketplace, SaaS, or DTC products.
  • Interest in startups, branding, or founder-focused products.

Responsibilities

  • Build, launch, and optimize campaigns across platforms like Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other emerging channels.
  • Own and execute full-funnel remarketing strategies to re-engage site visitors, drive conversions, and improve ROAS.
  • Manage and optimize display campaigns across networks (including Google Display Network and programmatic platforms).
  • Partner with the creative team to test ad variations (copy, visuals, formats) and continuously improve performance.
  • Develop and refine audience segments, including lookalikes, custom audiences, and intent-based targeting.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily, identify trends, and make data-driven optimizations to improve efficiency and scale.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure proper tracking, pixel implementation, and attribution across campaigns.
  • Maintain performance dashboards and report on key metrics including CPA, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates.
