The Paid Media Manager is responsible for developing, executing and optimizing paid media strategies across multiple brands and business units. Acting as an in-house agency partner, this role translates business objectives into data-driven media plans, manages campaign execution across paid channels, and delivers performance insights that drive measurable business outcomes. Reporting to the Shared Media Leader, the Paid Media Manager will own paid media strategy, audience targeting, campaign setup, optimization, tracking and reporting while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and external agency partners. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, hands-on platform expertise, analytical rigor and strong communication skills.
