About The Position

Dashing Diva is seeking a Paid Media Lead to own hands-on execution and performance optimization across Search and Paid Social. This role is designed for a data-savvy operator who can manage platforms day-to-day while clearly articulating performance insights to inform strategy and decision-making. This individual will play a key role in driving efficient growth across beauty and eCommerce initiatives, partnering closely with analytics, creative, and marketing stakeholders to scale what works.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of hands-on paid media experience within beauty and/or eCommerce brands.
  • Demonstrated experience managing $300K+ in monthly media spend.
  • Strong proficiency across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Pinterest.
  • Highly data-driven with the ability to synthesize performance into actionable insights.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, test-and-learn environments.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly tell the story behind the data.

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day execution across Google Search/Shopping and Paid Social platforms, including Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest.
  • Manage and optimize campaigns with monthly media budgets of $300K+, ensuring disciplined pacing and performance against efficiency targets.
  • Build, launch, and optimize campaigns with a focus on CAC, ROAS, and MER.
  • Manage budgets, pacing, and bid strategies aligned with revenue and growth goals.
  • Identify and scale winning keywords, audiences, creatives, and offers.
  • Execute campaign builds and updates with tight turnaround times, supporting fast-moving launches, promotions, and tests.
  • Respond quickly to performance signals and business needs, making real-time optimizations when required.
  • Analyze performance across platforms and translate data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Develop concise weekly and monthly performance summaries explaining what’s driving results and why.
  • Partner with analytics tools (GA4, Triple Whale, platform reporting) to understand cross-channel impact.
  • Support leadership with data-backed insights that inform planning and optimization.
  • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to inform creative direction using performance data.
  • Identify trends across hooks, formats, messaging, and offers.
  • Support structured testing frameworks across creative, audience, and bidding strategies.
  • Work closely with the Data & Insights Analyst to align reporting and learnings.
  • Partner with eCommerce and marketing teams on launches, promotions, and seasonal initiatives.
  • Contribute to broader media strategy and channel expansion as the team grows.
