Paid Media Director

Alloy•Atlanta, GA

About The Position

Alloy is an integrated marketing agency that supports brands through digital solutions, communications, and performance marketing. The Paid Media Director will manage select clients end to end for Alloy’s paid media practice, overseeing strategy, planning, buying, activation, measurement, and optimization across B2B and B2C programs. The role is integrated, with a primary focus on digital performance, including lead generation, e-commerce, and retail media. This is a player-coach position. The director will lead the day-to-day team and set direction, while potentially building, launching, and optimizing campaigns directly across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic DSPs, and retail media platforms. As the client-facing lead, the director will connect media performance to clients’ CRM and sales data and explain results, recommendations, and next steps. The role works with Alloy’s Engagement, Martech, Client Service, and Creative teams to deliver integrated campaigns. The opportunity is hybrid, with work in Alloy’s Atlanta office as well as remotely.
