This role supports the C4 Energy brand by managing day-to-day operations for macro and nano creator campaigns across national retail. The coordinator will be responsible for sourcing and vetting talent, negotiating contracts, briefing creators, and reporting on program performance.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience running or supporting influencer and creator programs, preferably in CPG, energy drinks/beverage, or sports nutrition.
- Hands-on negotiation experience with rates, deliverables, usage rights, and exclusivity.
- Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube creator ecosystems and performance metrics.
- Comfort with high-volume contracting and maintaining over 100 active creator relationships.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and provide clear recommendations on creator re-signing and spend allocation.
- Working knowledge of FTC disclosure requirements and experience in a regulated category with scrutinized product claims.
- Experience with influencer CRM and reporting platforms such as GRIN, CreatorCore, or Tribe.
Responsibilities
- Source and vet macro and nano creators across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube based on average views, content fit, and audience trust.
- Negotiate and contract 30-50 nano partnerships per month using an established rate card.
- Prepare and submit contract requests for macro partnerships, detailing deliverables, usage rights, exclusivity, and whitelisting terms.
- Write and distribute creator briefs and act as the primary point of contact for creator inquiries.
- Manage the content approval workflow, including routing drafts, handling revisions, and escalating compliance risks.
- Capture live links post-publication and maintain accurate tracking of contracted deliverables.
- Build and deliver monthly performance reports.
- Identify top-performing creators for the C4 ambassador program from seeding and nano tiers.
