About The Position

The Paid Processing Coordinator is responsible for daily processing of real estate paid loans and release of collateral. RENASANT BANK IS AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or high school diploma (or equivalent) with equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 2 years of banking experience
• Ability to deal effectively with customers
• Ability to operate personal computer using Word and Excel
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to research items on Metavante Insight, Evision, UCC web-site or any other available research tools

Responsibilities

• Review and process paid real estate loans
• Release of collateral on paid real estate loans
• Release collateral on release substitutions
• Assist with research items
• Approve timecards for assigned employees
• Complete training, coaching and development, and annual evaluations on assigned employees
• Perform other related duties as assigned
