About The Position

As a PAI Coordinator joining our team, you’re embracing a vital mission dedicated to making communities healthier. Mosaic Life Care provides Inpatient Rehabilitation/Post-Acute Care in St. Joseph, MO. Therapy plays a very important role in recovery from a life-altering injury or illness. We offer a hospital-based physical rehabilitation program for the treatment of those who have experienced a debilitating injury or illness. Our Unit is a very fast-paced yet fun environment with endless opportunities to learn and grow!
Requirements
- Clinical degree.
- Current license to practice as an OT, PT, RN, SLP, or LCSW
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience working in inpatient rehabilitation is preferred
Responsibilities
- Coordination of the IRF-PAI completion with the interdisciplinary team, gathering and input of data, transmission of data to Medicare.
- Assisting with education of staff regarding PPS and FIMS/Quality Indicators (QIs).
- Monitoring and management of CMS compliance.
- Routine internal contacts include all clinical members of the interdisciplinary team.
- External contacts are employees of the client facility.
- Other duties as assigned
