About The Position

The PAI Coordinator at Enloe Health Rehabilitation Center, in partnership with Lifepoint Rehabilitation, is responsible for the coordination of the IRF-PAI completion with the interdisciplinary team. This role involves gathering and inputting data, and transmitting it to Medicare. The PAI Coordinator will also assist with staff education regarding PPS and FIMS/Quality Indicators (QIs), and monitor and manage CMS compliance. This position requires routine internal contact with all clinical members of the interdisciplinary team and external contact with employees of the client facility.

Requirements

• Clinical degree
• Current license to practice as an OT, PT, RN, SLP, or LCSW

Responsibilities

• Coordination of the IRF-PAI completion with the interdisciplinary team
• Gathering and input of data
• Transmission of data to Medicare
• Assisting with education of staff regarding PPS and FIMS/Quality Indicators (QIs)
• Monitoring and management of CMS compliance
