About The Position

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides care for assigned patients in the PACU by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating their care during a shift. The RN is responsible for meeting Standards of Practice, managing assigned personnel, supplies, and equipment on the unit, and promoting collaboration with all members of the health care team. The schedule is 8:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., with a call rotation.

Requirements

• Current unrestricted Alabama or multistate RN license.
• BLS certification.
• ACLS certification.
• PALS certification.
• RN experience.

Nice To Haves

• Critical care experience.
• PACU experience.

Responsibilities
