About The Position

Carrier Sekani Family Services (CSFS) is seeking a PACT Supervisor to join their innovative and progressive team. This role is central to providing Indigenous health and family services where culture is a core component. The PACT Supervisor will be responsible for managing therapist/practitioner caseloads, providing training and supervision, ensuring quality enhancement of the PACT program, and overseeing clinical documentation. This position offers a unique opportunity to practice differently within a supportive environment, fostering close connections with communities and experiencing the natural beauty of northern BC.

Requirements

  • Graduate degree in counseling, social work or a closely related field
  • Three (3) years’ experience with crisis intervention, counseling
  • An equivalent combination of education, training, or experience may be considered

Responsibilities

  • Receive and screen referral inquiries, gather required information, and assign referrals to maintain balanced therapist/practitioner caseloads.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in availability to respond to urgent or time-sensitive referrals when needed.
  • Provide training, supervision, and support to therapists/practitioners, including onboarding, ongoing skill development, and performance feedback.
  • Assume primary responsibility for hiring and on-the-job training of new staff.
  • Participate in all required components of PACT Site Development/QE, the quality enhancement component of the PACT program.
  • Ensure all clinical documentation is completed and submitted in a timely manner.
