The PACT Representative I role is within the Enterprise Corporate - Patient Access & Care department, specifically for NC/GA Operations. This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week, with a schedule of Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. The primary function of this role is to act as a liaison between PACT and practice sites, ensuring a seamless patient experience. The representative will assist inbound callers using established policies and procedures, perform basic technical troubleshooting for online applications and systems, and handle appointment scheduling, cancellations, and reschedules. A key responsibility is obtaining and verifying demographic and insurance information, ensuring accuracy and compliance with payer requirements. The role also involves identifying emergent calls, escalating complex issues, and adhering to guidelines for emergency situations and critical call handling. Additionally, the PACT Representative I will provide customer service according to departmental standards, assist with organizational marketing efforts, and maintain databases. Proficiency in information systems used by the department is essential.
