The PACT Representative I role is within the Enterprise Corporate - Patient Access & Care department, focusing on the NC/GA Operations. This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week, with a schedule that includes Monday, Tuesday, and Friday from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Initial training will be Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., for four weeks. The PACT Representative I will act as a liaison between PACT and practice sites, assisting inbound callers with various needs, including scheduling, cancellations, and reschedules. This role involves verifying demographic and insurance information, troubleshooting basic technical issues, and escalating complex problems. The representative must identify emergent calls and follow procedures for immediate transfer to a Registered Nurse for triage, demonstrating competency in emergency and critical call handling guidelines. Additionally, the role supports organizational marketing efforts and requires regular reporting and database updates. Maintaining knowledge of and efficient utilization of all departmental information systems is crucial.
