The PACT Representative I role is within the Enterprise Corporate - Patient Access & Care department, specifically for NC/GA Operations. This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week. The primary function is to serve as a liaison between PACT and practice sites, ensuring a seamless patient experience. This involves assisting inbound callers, making outbound calls when necessary, and troubleshooting basic technical issues related to online applications and systems. The role also includes scheduling patient appointments, coordinating cancellations and reschedules, obtaining and verifying demographic and insurance information, and ensuring accuracy in patient records. A key responsibility is identifying emergent calls and escalating them appropriately, adhering to guidelines for emergency situations and critical call handling. The representative will determine patient needs, routing them for triage, scheduling, medication refill requests, or provider paging. Providing excellent customer service, as measured by post-call surveys, is essential. The role also involves assisting with organizational marketing efforts, maintaining databases, and efficient utilization of information systems.
