Our multidisciplinary team-therapists, nurses, physicians, and support staff-works together to diagnose, treat, and support those living with mental illness.

Requirements

A Master's degree in social work, psychology, or another human services field
At least two years of post‑bachelor's experience working with individuals with severe and persistent mental illness
Strong knowledge of community resources and support agencies
A valid New Jersey driver's license with a clean five‑year driving record
A flexible schedule and a commitment to meeting client needs with empathy and professionalism
Background Check required
Clear Five year driving record/abstract with ability to be insured by organizations carrier.

Nice To Haves

Spanish-speaking ability strongly preferred

Responsibilities

Provide both individual and group counseling using evidence‑based practices.
Conduct emergency mental health assessments.
Coordinate closely with medical staff regarding client medication needs.
Support families and natural support systems, helping them understand and engage in the treatment process.
Ongoing assessment and coordination with community partners.
Assist with transportation needs to help clients move toward greater independence.
Participate in the team's on‑call rotation.
Contribute to continuous quality improvement efforts.
Participate in daily meetings, case discussions, and treatment planning as part of a collaborative PACT team.
