Our multidisciplinary team-therapists, nurses, physicians, and support staff-works together to diagnose, treat, and support those living with mental illness.

Requirements

  • A Master's degree in social work, psychology, or another human services field
  • At least two years of post‑bachelor's experience working with individuals with severe and persistent mental illness
  • Strong knowledge of community resources and support agencies
  • A valid New Jersey driver's license with a clean five‑year driving record
  • A flexible schedule and a commitment to meeting client needs with empathy and professionalism
  • Background Check required
  • Clear Five year driving record/abstract with ability to be insured by organizations carrier.

Nice To Haves

  • Spanish-speaking ability strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide both individual and group counseling using evidence‑based practices.
  • Conduct emergency mental health assessments.
  • Coordinate closely with medical staff regarding client medication needs.
  • Support families and natural support systems, helping them understand and engage in the treatment process.
  • Ongoing assessment and coordination with community partners.
  • Assist with transportation needs to help clients move toward greater independence.
  • Participate in the team's on‑call rotation.
  • Contribute to continuous quality improvement efforts.
  • Participate in daily meetings, case discussions, and treatment planning as part of a collaborative PACT team.
