Directs and monitors the PACT employment placement program for PACT clients. Contacts and informs prospective employers about the program. Monitors program placement policies and procedures for compliance with federal and state guidelines. Performs prevocational assessments of clients for jobs. Works with supervisor on time study and other employment contracts. Assigns clients to job coach for coaching and support. Teaches job seeking skill classes. Coordinates client vocational meetings. Serves as liaison on program matters with vocational rehab and other agencies. Transports clients; must have a personal vehicle, valid vehicle insurance, and a valid MT driver's license. Assists clients with getting appropriate clothing, resumes, etc. for job placement. Will receive Individual Placement and Support (IPS) training. Performs medication delivery, works rotating weekdays and weekends, and must pass medication test.
