About The Position

The Office Manager supports PACT’s mission to revitalize Columbus’ Near East Side by serving as the primary administrator of the office. Reporting to the Executive Director, this role manages daily operations, supports financial processes, oversees vendors, and coordinates special projects and events.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2 years of relevant experience required

Nice To Haves

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk operations, greet visitors, handle calls and correspondence, maintain office organization, and support the Executive Director’s calendar.
  • Coordinate with vendors for office services, maintenance, supplies, and event logistics.
  • Assist with financial oversight, including expense tracking, payments, and coordination with accounting partners.
  • Support planning and execution of meetings, events, and special initiatives.
  • Perform additional administrative and operational tasks as needed.
