About The Position

This role assists with the analysis, testing, and implementation of the Imaging environment and clinical system changes. The PACS Imaging Engineer is responsible for the maintenance of the Imaging environment, including clinical applications, and utilizes clinical knowledge to evaluate application effectiveness. Additionally, this role develops documentation, knowledgebase articles, how-to guides, and training resources for the Imaging team.

Requirements

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in a clinical discipline, Education or Information Technology preferred.
• May substitute sufficient on the job experience for some of the education.
• Five years clinical experience, preferred.
• Experience working with physicians and other clinical practitioners, preferred.
• Licensure/Certification/Registration as appropriate to healthcare provider field preferred
