Requirements
- Proficient in use of the computer
- Must have a solid organizational, analytical problem solving and communication skills
- Follow good sanitation and housekeeping practices
- Compliance with food safety policies
- Follow GMPs and SOPs
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the quality and appearance of the product
- Operate pack out machine
- Complete appropriate data entry and PLC machine set up
- Maintain 701 or 704 washer chemical concentration
- Conduct aseptic cheese sampling
- Operate Natamycin bath and maintain concentration
