Requirements

• Proficient in use of the computer.
• Must have a solid organizational, analytical problem solving and communication skills.
• Follow good sanitation and housekeeping practices.
• Compliance with food safety policies.
• Follow GMPs and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the quality and appearance of the product
• Operate pack out machine
• Complete appropriate data entry and PLC machine set up
• Maintain 701 or 704 washer chemical concentration
• Conduct aseptic cheese sampling
• Operate Natamycin bath and maintain concentration
