This role is for a Packer on the D crew, working from 7 PM to 7 AM. The primary responsibility is to ensure product safety and quality through various tasks. The job involves promoting a safe working environment, adhering to safety policies, monitoring for quality defects, packing at a standard rate, operating a punch, loading conveyors and flamers, and maintaining housekeeping on assigned lines. Additional duties include removing scrap, grinding and pulling plastic, making and unitizing cartons, initialing and dating box labels, making out unit tickets, and performing other assigned tasks by the Supervisor. The role requires the ability to work with materials weighing 30-40 lbs.
