About The Position

The Packer supports the Production team at TreeHouse Foods’ Hanover location by carrying out packaging tasks and supporting initiatives to improve plant performance. The role involves packing pretzel bags into boxes, taping and labeling cases, stacking boxes, and keeping the work area clean. This is a permanent, full-time third-shift position, scheduled Monday through Friday from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., with some Saturdays.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience following instructions and process documents.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a manufacturing environment; food manufacturing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Grab pretzel bags from the packing table and place them inside boxes.
• Tape boxes and send them through the case labeler.
• Stack boxes.
• Keep the work area clean.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
