About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Scanner Operator. The operator will ensure materials are scanned accurately, maintain machine efficiency, and support the production workflow. This role is in a manufacturing and production environment with moderate noise levels and is scheduled for the 3rd shift, Sunday through Thursday from 10 PM to 6 AM, with overtime on Friday from 10 PM to 6 AM.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to read and understand technical instructions and production orders.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all scanned data is accurate, complete, and properly stored in the system.
• Inspect scanned outputs for quality assurance and make corrections when necessary.
• Maintain records of scanned files, job orders, and workflow progress.
• Follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures to help ensure a safe work environment.
• Keep the work area clean and organized, following company 5S/lean standards.
• Support production workflow and maintain machine efficiency.
