About The Position

Packers prepare products for shipment by inspecting, packing, labeling, and organizing items while maintaining a safe and clean work environment. This position is located in Flower Mound, Texas, and pays $18.00 per hour. The schedule is Monday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Tuesday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.; mandatory overtime is required.

Requirements

• Reliable attendance and transportation.
• Must pass a background check.
• Must pass a drug test.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Strong tenure.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Warehouse experience.
• Medical industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pack products according to company standards and customer specifications.
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy before packing.
• Label and prepare packages for shipment.
• Count and verify products and quantities.
• Load and organize packed products in designated areas.
• Operate basic warehouse equipment as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Meet daily production and packing goals.
• Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned.
