About The Position

National Star Services, a nationwide facility management company with over 28 years of experience, is hiring Food Packers in Des Plaines, Illinois. Food Packers prepare and package food products while ensuring quality and safety standards are met. The role involves following recipes and production instructions, assembling and packaging items according to production orders, meeting daily production goals, and maintaining clean and safe production operations.

The schedule operates Monday through Sunday, with two days off each week. The supervisor provides the weekly schedule. Available shifts are 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Pay is $17.50 per hour, paid biweekly. Candidates should be able to start as soon as possible.

Requirements

• Provide two valid forms of identification.
• Be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Have and wear slip-resistant shoes.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Be able to start working as soon as possible.
• Be able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
