About The Position

This role is responsible for maintaining material flow on the production floor by stocking machines with necessary supplies and assisting with product handling and quality checks. The position requires adherence to production schedules and quality standards, with a focus on ensuring smooth operations during shifts and break times.

Requirements

• Ability to maintain material flow on the production floor.
• Ability to stock machines with boxes, tape, and bags.
• Ability to assist in relieving for breaks and lunches.
• Ability to maintain the flow of product at the skid wrapper.
• Ability to place skids on the wrapper, take skids off, and pull them to finished goods staging.
• Ability to perform random quality inspections on each line 2x per shift.
• Ability to document quality inspections on the IBM report.
• Ability to assist with packing as needed.
• Ability to assist with on-line sorting.
• Ability to re-work product with machine/product concerns.
• Ability to assist with product on hold sorting.
• Ability to perform duties proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Stock all machines with boxes, tape, and bags during the shift and prior to shift change.
• Assist in relieving for breaks and lunches.
• Maintain the flow of product at the skid wrapper, including placing skids on the wrapper, removing them, and transporting them to finished goods staging.
• Perform random quality inspections on each line twice per shift and document findings on the IBM report.
• Assist with packing as needed.
• Assist with on-line sorting and re-working product with machine/product concerns.
• Assist with product on hold sorting.
