Requirements

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months of industrial or military experience, or vocational/technical education.
• Must pass a background and drug screen and have valid U.S. work authorization.
• Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing English is essential for maintaining a safe work environment.
• Regular attendance and availability for overtime are essential job functions.

Nice To Haves

• motor manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team to efficiently produce quality products in required quantities by following all shop floor displays, manufacturing instructions, and specifications.
• Operate forklifts, hoists, air manipulators, robot wrappers, and hand scanners to lift, palletize, wrap, and load motors for shipment.
• Train and support other associates, cross-train as needed, communicate issues with supervisors and coworkers, and assist other department functions.
• Maintain a strong safety-first mindset, follow all safety guidelines, report safety concerns, complete daily housekeeping, and work overtime as required.
