Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 6+ months of relatable experience
- Strong computer skills are required
- Excellent communication skills a must.
- No restrictions for reaching, bending, stooping or lifting.
Nice To Haves
- experience with a Warehouse Management System is preferred.
- Ability/desire to collect and analyze data in support of project related activities.
- Related shipping and packing experience with leadership skills preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist with order consolidation, shipment completion, and required paperwork to meet requested shipping dates.
- Assist with packing activities to maximize labor efficiency and operational effectiveness.
- Assist with training personnel on sealer equipment and packing processes.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail in all tasks.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and maintain open communication to resolve errors quickly.
- Support Amazon order coordination, including printing shipping labels, ASN label printing, verification, and on-time order processing, meeting daily goals.
