About The Position

The Packaging Specialist is responsible for labeling, pouring, and packaging engineered resins manufactured for photochemistry applications. The role works in a manufacturing environment and supports production quality, safety, and productivity goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Good attendance record.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, and work on the production floor for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Comply with Spectra health and safety requirements and applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
• Apply product and compliance labels to cartridges.
• Pour engineered resins from mixing tanks into cartridges.
• Bag and box engineered resins into individual bags and cartons.
• Tape cartons, place them into master boxes, and palletize them.
• Follow and maintain documentation associated with quality control.
• Suggest procedural and process improvements to meet or exceed plant productivity and quality goals.
• Provide firsthand support to Fulfillment for manufacturing process issues.
• Maintain effective oral and written communication with all levels at the plant.
