About The Position

The Packaging Project Manager communicates with internal and external customers and is primarily responsible for ensuring requested orders are shipped correctly and on time. The role handles estimating and order processing in EFI Radius, resolves customer concerns, requests pricing from outside vendors, and follows up with customers and vendors to obtain or confirm information. The position requires managing several jobs efficiently, working in a fast-paced environment, and maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

The work is predominantly in an office, with possible exposure to the manufacturing floor. The schedule is 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Requirements

• Ability to manage several jobs at once efficiently.
• Ability to work independently as a self-motivator.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced knowledge of paperboard packaging; corrugated packaging knowledge is required.
• Ability to learn and retain information quickly and accurately.
• Strong attention to detail.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and interpret printing quotes, CAD layouts, and RFQs.
• Ability to analyze data, read measurements, and make presentations as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor of Science in Business Administration preferred.
• Prior knowledge and experience with EFI.

Responsibilities

• Complete estimating and order processing in EFI Radius.
• Research and resolve customer concerns.
• Request pricing from outside vendors.
• Correspond consistently with customers and vendors to follow up and request or confirm information.
• Read and interpret printing quotes, CAD layouts, and requests for quotation (RFQs).
• Analyze data, read measurements, and make presentations as needed.
• Attend daily Production and Project Manager meetings.
• Manage several jobs at once efficiently and help ensure orders ship correctly and on time.
