About The Position

Barrel One Collective is seeking a Packaging Operator to join their brewery production team in Windsor, VT. This is a hands-on manufacturing role focused on operating and maintaining packaging equipment, ensuring product quality, consistency, and safety. The ideal candidate enjoys working with machinery, problem-solving, staying active, and collaborating within a team environment. While previous brewery experience is beneficial, experience in manufacturing, production, packaging, machine operation, mechanical work, or food and beverage production is also highly valued.

Nice To Haves

An interest in craft beer and the brewing industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

Operate brewery packaging equipment safely and efficiently.
Package beer while meeting daily production and quality goals.
Monitor equipment and make routine machine adjustments throughout the production run.
Perform basic equipment maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting.
Identify and respond quickly to product quality or equipment issues.
Complete production records, logs, and other required documentation accurately.
Follow brewery safety, sanitation, and quality procedures.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production area.
Work closely with brewing, quality, warehouse, and other production team members.
Help with changeovers, startup, shutdown, and cleaning of packaging equipment.
Look for ways to improve safety, quality, efficiency, and the way we work.
Be a positive, dependable teammate who is willing to jump in where needed.
