About The Position

The Packager produces high-quality inventory in a clean room according to product demand planning. The role works closely with other operators, materials, and receiving to ensure components are available for production. The employee builds and packages pre-sterile inventory for shipment to a sterilizer and for demonstration inventory, while ensuring compliance and quality in company processes.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time-management skills.
Ability to stand and lift repeatedly throughout the workday.
Ability to use instruments or equipment safely.
Ability to work well with others.

Nice To Haves

Experience in a clean room setting with medical devices.

Responsibilities

Produce all products in the assigned area.
Maintain a secure and organized work area.
Ensure materials, labels, and other designated items do not leave the assigned work area without proper paperwork.
Maintain and operate production equipment safely and within guidelines.
Keep the work area clean and neat.
Complete and understand documentation required to comply with company quality and compliance policies and procedures.
Work collaboratively with teammates, communicating, listening, and participating in continuous improvement of products and processes.
Maintain the safety and cleanliness of equipment and company products.
Coordinate with operators, materials, and receiving to ensure components are available for production.
