About The Position

Apache Mills, Inc. is seeking a Packaging Level I team member for its Operations Team and first-shift production team. The role supports packaging floor mats in a safe, fast-paced production environment, meeting company quality standards and following established processes and instructions. Work is generally scheduled Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays as needed; hours may vary depending on orders. Immediate advancement opportunities are available for employees who show initiative and perform above expectations.

Requirements

Successfully complete drug and background screenings.
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
Ability to work safely in a fast-paced production environment.

Ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance.
Ability to work cooperatively, courteously, and respectfully with team members, vendors, and visitors.
Ability to stand, walk, lift, bend, stoop, and reach while managing materials or products.
Ability to perform job duties in variable temperatures based on weather conditions, including hot weather.

Responsibilities

Perform shift startup and end-of-shift duties as needed.
Identify and remove defective mats.
Ensure product is properly labeled, tagged, and packaged.
Change machine plastic, load the machine, and enter information into the computer to print pack SKU labels.
Complete production forms and maintain accurate production totals.
Help team members as needed.
Follow verbal and written instructions, company processes, and procedures.
Work safely and meet or exceed company quality standards.
Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
Work cooperatively, courteously, and respectfully with team members, vendors, and visitors.
Maintain good housekeeping in all areas of the company premises.
