The Packaging & Sales Graphics Designer will be a key production-focused role, responsible for bringing brands to life across packaging, retail, and sales channels. This role supports a portfolio of better-for-you snack brands, ensuring all files and assets are accurate, on-brand, and production-ready. The designer will collaborate with Design, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and external partners to execute packaging, sales enablement tools, and digital assets with high quality. Deliverables include packaging, PDQs, endcap displays, web assets, A+ content, hero imagery, presentations, and social media content. The role requires staying current with design trends, emerging technologies (including AI), and industry standards to improve creative output. The ideal candidate is a team player who can own projects from start to finish, elevate the work, manage timelines, incorporate feedback, communicate clearly, and collaborate effectively.
