Working within the import team, the incumbent works closely with the coordinating designers and the purchasing team to contribute to the creation of packaging and conditioning for our exclusive collections. Requirements

  • A love for teamwork and effective communication
  • Comfort working under pressure and meeting fixed deadlines
  • Good writing skills in French and English
  • A strong sense of organization
  • Proficiency in "Illustrator" and "Photoshop"
  • A bachelor's degree in graphic design, industrial design, or any relevant field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Portfolio of 5 significant achievements (required for consideration)

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and understand the needs of our internal and external clients
  • Research, develop, and prototype new innovative packaging
  • Adapt fashion trends in color choices and pattern development for our packaging
  • Design packaging and conditioning that meets the defined needs for each product, taking into account manufacturing realities
  • Optimize the protection, presentation, sale, and use of products
  • Work closely with the design and writing teams to illustrate and articulate chosen concepts
  • Prepare technical data sheets and communicate with our manufacturers from the request for quotation to the final production of the packaging
  • Comment on factory samples and ensure the final product meets our standards
  • Provide technical support and suggestions for improvement by proposing adapted solutions
