About The Position

A consumer-focused brand organization spanning electronics, wellness, and lifestyle categories is looking for a Packaging Designer to lead the development of packaging and visual design solutions across its product portfolio. The business operates at the intersection of brand strategy, retail presence, and packaging craft across multiple consumer product categories, with a growing footprint and a lean, collaborative team that empowers designers to own systems end to end. Day-to-day, this person owns packaging design from concept through production, partners with marketing and manufacturing teams to keep visual systems consistent across packaging, retail, and campaign assets, and presents creative direction to internal stakeholders. Success means packaging that serves as a strong first impression of the brand and design systems that hold together across every channel.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in packaging design, brand design, or creative direction
  • Demonstrated portfolio of shipped packaging work across consumer electronics, wellness, lifestyle, or CPG categories
  • Working knowledge of packaging structural design, materials, and print production processes (dielines, substrates, ink types)
  • Experience developing and extending brand identity systems across packaging, retail, and marketing touchpoints
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign for packaging production and brand collateral
  • Experience briefing and directing external creative or production vendors
  • English at C1+ CEFR level (client-facing stakeholder presentation required)

  • Experience leading creative projects from strategy through full execution
  • Background working with global or international consumer brands
  • Familiarity with retail merchandising and display design
  • Proficiency with 3D visualization tools (Adobe Dimension, Cinema 4D) or Figma for cross-functional collaboration
  • Direct experience collaborating with packaging manufacturers and production partners
