About The Position

Custom Agronomics is looking for a team player who is a self-starter, eager to learn, and wants to grow with a great company. This is an entry-level position with job duties that include and are subject to change without notice. The role involves working safely in the packaging area, packaging all liquid fertilizers in accordance with the daily production schedule, and maintaining a clean work environment. The position requires demonstrating competence with company safety standards, reporting any incidents/accidents immediately, and working closely with other team members. The job also includes running all packaging line equipment, implementing packaging line quality control, and operating all machines on the packaging line. Seeking full-time team members to support daily production efforts.

Requirements

Experience using a forklift.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Able to lift heavy objects (50 lbs repetitively).
Must be able to start immediately.

Responsibilities

Working safely in the packaging area.
Must be PPE trained on specific required safety gear for the area.
Packaging all liquid fertilizers in accordance with the daily production schedule.
Maintain a clean work environment.
Demonstrate competence with company safety standards.
Report any incidents/ accidents to your lead and/or manager right away.
Work closely with other team members.
Meet physical requirements including lifting and standing while wearing proper PPE.
Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more.
Enduring the heat and humidity.
Keep yourself hydrated.
Running all packaging line equipment.
Implementing packaging line quality control.
Operation of all machines on the packaging line.
Must perform all other duties as needed.
Maintain a clean work environment.
Demonstrate competence with company safety standards.
