Requirements

  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods

  • Must be able to perform simple grasping, fine manipulation, and repetitive hand and arm movements frequently

  • While primarily an indoor job, must be able to walk outside in a variety of weather conditions (rain, wind, snow, heat)
  • Must be able to work in hot, cold, and wet environments
  • Must be able to climb stairs both inside and outside and occasionally lift 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to use a ladder, i.e., work at heights of 10+’ above grade

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience is not required; training will be provided
  • High School Diploma or GED a plus
  • Experience in packaging operations is a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, mobile applications, and technology is a plus
  • Experience with Orchestrated Beer or an SAP business platform is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily packaging operations, including removing cans from the labeler and placing them back on the can line
  • Handle 6-packs from the Pak Tech machine, ensuring proper placement and handling
  • Load cases and boxes onto pallets, ensuring accurate stacking and organization
  • Support the cleaning and washing of kegs to maintain hygiene standards
  • Help keep the packaging area clean, organized, and safe
  • Assist with the operation of the Comac racking machine as needed
  • Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times
  • Proficient in areas of packaging, racking and keg washing as mentioned above.
  • Maintain a clean, neat, and safe work area.
