About The Position

Shillington Box Co., a TRG company and affiliate of Schwarz Partners, is seeking Assistant Packaging Operators for their Halls, TN facility. This role involves assisting with and/or operating various equipment such as flexo folder gluers, die cutting machines, and baler machines. Requirements

• High school Diploma or GED
• Detail-oriented, organized and dependable with time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Successful track record in safety, attendance, and quality
• Ability to perform basic computer operations
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Ability to read and understand instructions
• The ability to function as a mature professional individual, who interacts positively with teammates
• The willingness to function effectively in a team environment and tackle any task required for the success of the team
• Enthusiasm for being an active part of a safety-first work environment
• Must pass pre-employment testing (background check, drug screen, and physical abilities test)

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred
• Corrugated packaging experience is preferred, not required
