About The Position

Oversee the packaging process to ensure efficiency and accuracy in preparing products for sale. Supervise the packaging team, offering guidance and ensuring all tasks are performed according to company standards. Ensure all products are packaged, weighed, labeled, sealed, and stored in compliance with company guidelines. Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the packaging area to ensure a safe and efficient workspace. Communicate with management to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks. Monitor team performance and provide feedback or corrective action when needed. Assist in inventory management, ensuring packaged products are properly recorded and stored. Ensure packaging procedures are followed, and safety standards are met by all team members. Assist with other related tasks as necessary, including cross-department collaboration. Help with the continuous improvement of packaging processes, suggesting improvements where needed. Filling flower packaging; Accurately weigh whole flower material following all quality control (QC) standards Filling and assembling pre-roll cones; ability to operate machinery Labeling flower and pre-roll receptacles for compliance Follow all QC protocols set forth within the department, including cleaning, storage, and green waste standard operating procedures (SOPs) Ability to follow precise directions and timelines for all tasks, and remain flexible as business needs evolve Accurate record keeping of all details pertaining to packaging and inventory

Requirements

Previous experience in packaging or related tasks, with supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage a fast-paced environment.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain high-quality standards.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work well in a team and manage employees effectively.
Proven ability to meet deadlines and ensure quality control.
Ability to lift 20+ lbs. and assist with physical tasks as needed.
Must have reliable transportation.
